I connect remarkable people, ideas, and opportunities through community, leadership, publishing, and business.

I believe business is about more than strategy.
It's about people.
Throughout my career, I've found that the biggest opportunities rarely begin with a sales pitch.
They begin with a conversation.
An introduction.
A shared idea.
Someone deciding to help someone else.
Whether I'm building business communities, publishing thought leaders, supporting women in sports, or helping companies grow, my goal is always the same:
Create more opportunities for remarkable people.

I believe relationships are one of the most valuable assets a business can build.

Leadership, publishing, entrepreneurship, and conversations worth having.

Supporting places where people gather, celebrate, and build connections.

I love introducing people who are making a difference in their communities..
Business communities built on relationships and collaboration.
Helping businesses become more valuable through better systems.
Helping thought leaders publish books that build lasting impact. We are always recruiting for book projects.

Each month, I shine a light on remarkable people who inspire, lead, and make a difference.

I love meeting people who are building something meaningful.
Whether you're looking for:
a collaboration
a speaker
a business community
a publishing opportunity
or simply a good conversation...
I'd love to hear from you.
Here's a little more about what I do, what I believe, and how we might work together.
I build communities, connect remarkable people, publish ideas, and support businesses that are making a difference. Whether through Work Smarter Digital, Network in Action NOVA, Eaton Press, the Tri-State Leadership Summit, or Westover Taco, my work is centered on one belief: great things happen when the right people find each other.
Entrepreneurs, business owners, authors, speakers, community builders, nonprofit leaders, and anyone passionate about creating meaningful impact. If you're building something interesting, I'd love to hear about it.
Absolutely. I enjoy speaking on leadership, business growth, community building, collaboration, networking, thought leadership, AI for small business, and the power of relationships in business.
That depends on what you're building.
You might join an NIA NOVA chapter, attend the Tri-State Leadership Summit, publish a book with Eaton Press, work with Work Smarter Digital, or simply start with a conversation. Together, we'll figure out the best path.
Maybe! One of my favorite things is making thoughtful introductions when I believe two people can genuinely help one another. If I know someone who would benefit from meeting you, I'm happy to make the connection.
Because they're all connected.
Leadership, business, publishing, community, women's sports, entrepreneurship, and technology all have one thing in common: people. I'm fascinated by the people building businesses, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for others.
Women's sports represent leadership, perseverance, teamwork, and opportunity. They're also an incredible way to bring communities together and inspire the next generation. Supporting women in sports aligns with my belief that representation matters and that great communities are built by celebrating one another's successes.

Start with a conversation.
Whether you're looking for a collaborator, a speaker, a community, a publisher, or simply someone to exchange ideas with, I'd love to connect.
I genuinely believe one introduction can change a business, a career, or even a life.
That's why I spend so much of my time connecting people, sharing ideas, and building communities. You never know which conversation will become someone's next opportunity.
